Starboard Personnel was founded by Diane Crossley. Di has worked in the recruitment industry for 17 years and has spent time working for some of the biggest names in the recruitment industry.

During all this time Di increasingly felt that the needs of the candidate were being left behind in the recruitment process. So often the key part of the recruitment process, the candidate, was often being treated like a commodity by the agency. This doesn’t help the client and it certainly doesn’t help the candidate. So Di decided to branch out on her own and create Starboard Personnel.

This new business, Starboard Personnel is founded around a single idea; if you look after the candidate, everything else will follow. This is what Di does at Starboard, she really looks after her candidates.
